About the role
- Design and execute proactive, scalable adoption programs to help Bonterra customers achieve success with products.
- Build and maintain structured adoption journeys via Pendo, Gainsight, and other tools using an omni-channel approach (email + in-app).
- Develop Onboarding Journeys and Post-Onboarding Journeys to accelerate time-to-value and drive retention.
- Design and run Targeted Adoption Campaigns to promote feature adoption; draft customer-facing copy for in-app messaging and emails.
- Partner with Events & Community Manager and Digital Learning Architects to integrate events and educational resources.
- Launch surveys near the end of campaigns; summarize results and recommend product or educational changes.
- Coordinate with Customer Success Management to layer in human-led motions when necessary.
- Execute ad-hoc adoption motions and quick in-app or email nudges; monitor performance and determine scaling.
- Use product analytics to identify adoption gaps, friction points, and opportunities; report on campaign performance.
- Partner with Product, CS, and Support to align adoption journeys with lifecycle milestones and product priorities.
- Act as voice of the customer internally, championing ease of use and clarity of messaging.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital adoption, customer success, product enablement, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience using Network For Good or EveryAction products.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create concise, engaging customer-facing content.
- Analytical skills to measure adoption impact and refine programs.
- Collaborative mindset and proven success working cross-functionally.
