Procurement

• Serve as primary embedded Procurement representative working with Global Capital Project Engineering, Delivery and Site Engineering for Major capital projects (> $25MM)
• Develop project sourcing strategies and procurement execution plans
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers (Construction Managers, AE, Project Controls, C&Q and subcontractors)
• Develop subcontractor buyout strategies with Construction Managers
• Oversee RFQ/RFP issuance, evaluate bids, and select contractors and suppliers
• Develop procurement risk registers during preconstruction and assist with mitigation strategies
• Monitor market trends and supply chain risks specific to construction and capital projects
• Monitor project budgets and costs, assist with payments and co-manage change orders
• Set up and maintain Autodesk preconstruction suite and support procurement documentation, workflows, tracking and reporting
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders; provide regular documented updates on contract status
• Monitor contractor and supplier performance; conduct site visits and inspections
• Ensure health and safety requirements are included in contracts and adhered to on-site
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, laws, regulations, and standards
