Provide clinical consultation and people leadership for up to 5 licensed therapists, including quality oversight, clinical skill growth support, and personal growth
Meet 1:1 with direct reports weekly to guide their use of core evidence-based practices (diagnostic evaluations, CBT with exposure/ERP, BA, OST, PMT, DBT, HRT, ACT, TFCBT)
Quality oversight of documentation, caseload, and caseload management; review recorded sessions for fidelity when applicable
Lead or support consultation groups around specific topic areas and support providers with career growth and performance management
Maintain an active clinical caseload (up to ~50% of time), delivering evidence-based care to children and teens (up to age 18) including diagnostic evaluations, ongoing therapy, and measurement-based care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage in peer consultation, and participate in continuous professional development
Participate in community engagement and outreach opportunities
Requirements
Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMHC-D, LMFT-D) in the state of New York with a minimum of 3,000 hours of supervision completed
Experience managing a team of licensed providers or supervising pre-licensed clinicians with a clear people leadership philosophy
Completion of one of the following National Examinations (NCE, NCMHCE, AMFTRB, ASWB)
Expertise in conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations with a keen eye for differential diagnostics, specific to the age of the patient
Extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, trauma, and similar presentations using evidence-based interventions (exposure, parent management training, habit reversal training, behavioral activation, etc.)
Strong knowledge of current clinical research and a commitment to staying updated on the latest empirical advancements
A clear understanding and deep commitment to ethical standards of care
Experience providing care both in-person and virtually
Availability during Brightline’s peak hours (3pm–7pm)
Ability to commute to the Long Island Clinic (3000 Marcus Ave) 2-3 days per week (application question)
At least 6 months of telehealth/virtual video therapy experience (application question)
Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and at least 1 year of experience independently conducting CBT therapy sessions (application question)
