- As a BCBA at Connect n Care ABA, you will: conduct functional and skill-based assessments including Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc; customize treatment plans; work with parents; supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians; organize data; supervise programs; develop behavior plans; collaborate with peers.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
- Minimum 2 years experience working with the ASD population
- At least 1 year of home-based ABA experience highly preferred
- Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs
- Experience with various assessment tools including Vineland, VB-MAPP, and AFLS
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
