  • As a BCBA at Connect n Care ABA, you will: conduct functional and skill-based assessments including Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc; customize treatment plans; work with parents; supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians; organize data; supervise programs; develop behavior plans; collaborate with peers.

Requirements

  • Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with the ASD population
  • At least 1 year of home-based ABA experience highly preferred
  • Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs
  • Experience with various assessment tools including Vineland, VB-MAPP, and AFLS
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
