The BCBA will conduct functional and skill-based assessments (Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.), customize treatment plans, supervise RBTs, manage data, develop behavior plans, and collaborate with team members.
Requirements
Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
Minimum 2 years experience working with the ASD population
At least 1 year of home-based ABA experience highly preferred
Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs
Experience with various assessment tools including Vineland, VB-MAPP, and AFLS
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
