- The BCBA will conduct functional and skill-based assessments (Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.), customize treatment plans, supervise RBTs, manage data, develop behavior plans, and collaborate with team members.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
- Minimum 2 years experience working with the ASD population
- At least 1 year of home-based ABA experience highly preferred
- Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs
- Experience with various assessment tools including Vineland, VB-MAPP, and AFLS
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
