About the role

  • Build and refine AI agents that integrate with our product ecosystem
  • Serve as a key liaison between product engineering teams and portfolio leaders—translating complex data and insights into actionable Jira updates
  • Leverage Atlassian analytics to deliver data-driven product insights
  • Support and complete the ongoing Jira-to-Jira and Confluence-to-Confluence migration (currently 60% complete)
  • Ensure smooth adoption of Atlassian tools across product teams, aligning with business and product roadmaps

Requirements

  • Proven experience in AI agent development
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and large dataset handling
  • Hands-on expertise with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Analytics)
  • Experience in Jira/Confluence migration projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively with product leaders and technical stakeholders
  • Atlassian Cloud Certification strongly preferred
