About the role
- Administer and optimize the Blackline platform, including user access, workflows, reporting, and overall system maintenance.
- Lead transformation initiatives in account reconciliations, journal entries, and task management processes.
- Identify automation opportunities and develop dashboards using Power BI to enhance financial visibility.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit requirements, including JSOX.
- Collaborate closely with IT, local accounting teams, and corporate finance to implement functional improvements.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, developing documentation and best practices.
- Serve as a technical expert in financial systems, especially Blackline, for regional and global projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting, financial systems, or financial governance.
- Hands-on experience with Blackline and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of internal controls and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred: Proficiency in PowerBI and Alteryx.
- Preferred: Experience with SAP.
