About the role
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks (invoices, payments, reconciliations, expense management).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
- Develop financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
- Advise management on financial risks and opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Previous experience in a consulting, professional services, or international company is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of financial processes.
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Entersoft, Epsilon Net, or SoftOne.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data analysis.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
