Customer Success Manager

• Manage a strategic portfolio of new and existing customers, leading the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion
• Own customer outcomes by driving adoption, value realization, retention, and long-term growth across your portfolio

Communications

• Define and drive the global and local communications strategy, setting priorities by market and ensuring a consistent narrative across geographies
• Lead day-to-day relationships with PR agencies across key markets (France, US, Germany, and beyond), including briefing, campaign planning, and performance tracking
• Expand our PR footprint into new markets as the company scales internationally
• Own the deployment of communications campaigns and thought leadership reports, ensuring the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time
• Translate brand narratives into targeted PR angles, press releases, bylines, and media pitches, working closely with the content team to maximize earned media reach
• Coordinate executive communications for the CMO and CRO, including media interviews, podcast appearances, and contributed articles
• Manage our corporate communications freelancer, ensuring alignment with Comex stakeholders and brand positioning
• Support corporate moments (nominations, partnerships, milestones) and key events—from narrative preparation to on-site execution and post-event amplification
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Internal Communications, Product Marketing, and Revenue teams to ensure all communications efforts are coordinated and amplify each other

• Create deals - Build and own the enterprise pipeline in LATAM from zero. This is an outbound-led role with no inbound or partner demand to lean on. Territory and capacity planning, consistent prospecting activity, and creative outreach are core to the job.
• Build value - Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles by understanding each prospect's current state, their challenges, and where they want to go. Position Brevo as a compelling alternative to similar platforms.
• Progress deals - Advance opportunities with structure: mutual action plans, multi-threading across stakeholders, and a clear business value narrative that keeps momentum going.
• Close deals - Negotiate and finalize agreements, manage legal and procurement processes, and bring deals home with a clear sense of urgency and timing.
• Attend local market events, build Brevo's brand presence in the region, and bring back market intelligence that shapes our LATAM commercial strategy.

• Advise and support our international organization on a range of legal matters
• Provide practical legal advice and risk assessments to internal stakeholders on various legal topics (contracts, compliance, HR, etc.)
• Provide legal assistance to the customer support team
