Account Executive

• Create deals - Build and own the enterprise pipeline in LATAM from zero. This is an outbound-led role with no inbound or partner demand to lean on. Territory and capacity planning, consistent prospecting activity, and creative outreach are core to the job.
• Build value - Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles by understanding each prospect's current state, their challenges, and where they want to go. Position Brevo as a compelling alternative to similar platforms.
• Progress deals - Advance opportunities with structure: mutual action plans, multi-threading across stakeholders, and a clear business value narrative that keeps momentum going.
• Close deals - Negotiate and finalize agreements, manage legal and procurement processes, and bring deals home with a clear sense of urgency and timing.
• Attend local market events, build Brevo's brand presence in the region, and bring back market intelligence that shapes our LATAM commercial strategy.

General Counsel

• Advise and support our international organization on a range of legal matters
• Provide practical legal advice and risk assessments to internal stakeholders on various legal topics (contracts, compliance, HR, etc.)
• Provide legal assistance to the customer support team
• Draft and review commercial contracts in French and English (SaaS agreements, service agreements, Terms of Use, data processing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.)
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes

• Run our employee advocacy program end-to-end, from sales reps onboarding to content publishing, using a delegated workflow that minimises friction for sales
• Ghostwrite and design 20+ LinkedIn posts per month across formats (short text, long-form, carousels, visuals) and content pillars (Thought Leadership, Lead Gen, Industry News)
• Review and update Dust agents on a monthly basis
• Train and enable ~40 sales reps, run kickoff sessions, produce guides and templates, and keep reps engaged over time
• Manage our internal content hub, Slack channel, weekly picks, monthly leaderboard
• Maintain and improve our content tools and processes on an ongoing basis
