About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and support our international organization on a range of legal matters
- Provide practical legal advice and risk assessments to internal stakeholders on various legal topics (contracts, compliance, HR, etc.)
- Provide legal assistance to the customer support team
- Draft and review commercial contracts in French and English (SaaS agreements, service agreements, Terms of Use, data processing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.)
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes
- Monitor regulatory and legal developments related to our activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Master 2 (Master's level) in Law at a French university
- Experience reviewing and drafting commercial contracts
- Knowledge of the IP/IT environment and the GDPR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Team player with autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to persuade and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the company
- High professional ethics and comfort working in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
