Lead and manage the regional sales team, including coaching, performance management, and target setting
Drive sales growth by ensuring consistent execution of referral-building strategies across CO and AZ
Build and maintain high-value relationships with pulmonologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and health system leaders
Support Medical Sales Representatives with lunches, meetings, and account strategy as needed
Evaluate new areas of opportunity within each state and adjust sales plans accordingly
Serve as a clinical-minded sales leader able to credibly communicate the benefits of BreatheSuite’s vPR program
Act as a liaison between the sales team and executive leadership, providing updates on funnel activity, key wins, and challenges
Ensure accurate CRM tracking of referral sources, sales activities, and pipeline performance
Travel across both states regularly to support team members and build executive-level relationships with clinics and systems
Requirements
5+ years of sales experience in healthcare (medical device, pharma, or related)
Proven success managing and developing a sales team
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding regional sales targets
Respiratory or pulmonary sales experience is a strong plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel throughout CO and AZ
