- Responsible for proactively maintaining and retaining relationships with existing customers
- Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to retain business
- Increasing the level of penetration in existing customer base by selling products
- Effectively maintaining existing customers by proactively reaching out daily
- Developing knowledge of Company’s services, pricing structures, and offers
- Performing contractual re-signs on existing customers
- Responding to all cancellation requests
- Proactively communicating with or responding to customers
- Utilizing Salesforce on a daily basis
- Capturing customer emails, minimizing rate restrictions and credits
- Regularly meeting with Sales Manager to review activities and progress
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. (Required)
- Waste or transportation industry experience (Preferred)
