About the role
- Provide outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
- Deliver approximately 30 client care hours per week (about 6 clients per day)
- Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal tools for patient care
- Collaborate with clients to achieve treatment goals and document progress
- Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA-compliant home workspace
- Coordinate care as a provider participating with commercial plans, Medicaid, and Medicare
Requirements
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Meets background/regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning experience
- Comfort with utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
- Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week (approximately 6 clients per day)
