About the role
- Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
- Deliver remote therapy sessions and treatment planning to patients across the lifespan
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and utilize treatment planning and progress monitoring
- Maintain ~30 client-care hours per week (about 6 clients/day)
- Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal tools for clinical workflow
- Collaborate with internal clinical teams and work within Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial plan frameworks
- Provide bilingual (Spanish) care when applicable and engage with diverse patient populations
- Obtain and maintain state licenses as needed for market expansion
- Ensure HIPAA-compliant home workspace and meet background/regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Licensed as LMHC or LMFT (or equivalent independent clinical license)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
- Meets background/regulatory requirements
- Comfortable with utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning experience
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands
- Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week (approximately 6 clients per day)
- Availability for Monday–Friday set schedule (shift options provided)
