Produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address AdaptHealth marketing needs
Organize, create, and administer Marketing design projects, from conception to delivery
Design original pieces, apply typography techniques, and refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software
Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
Increase user friendliness in digital products
Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects
Collaborate with marketing teams and all AdaptHealth lines of businesses to ensure deadlines are met
Stay abreast of industry development and tools and develop working knowledge of current HME products and services
Maintain patient confidentiality and function within HIPAA guidelines; complete compliance training
Mentor junior designers and perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in design, Communications, Marketing, Visual Arts or a related field required
Portfolio of completed design projects required
7 to 10 years of graphic design experience required
References required
Healthcare experience a plus
Proficient computer skills and preferred experience in Creative Suite – Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
Proficient computer skills and preferred experience in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, Sharepoint, and PowerPoint
Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
Independent thinker and decision maker, with the ability to make important decisions under pressure
Strong attention to visual detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent customer service skills
Independent thinker with a strategic and creative focus and an understanding of KPIs
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively while meeting strict deadlines

Ability and willingness to mentor junior designers and fellow Marketing team members
Maintain patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA
Complete assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required
Ability to work after non-business hours as needed
May be required to travel as needed
