About the role

  • Sell promotions, displays, and secondary placements in the categories of nuts, snacks, candies, dry fruit, and chocolates into retailers
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and department heads so they look forward to seeing you
  • Pitch and negotiate for secondary placements and seasonal promotions and secure end caps, seasonal promos, and power aisles
  • Execute and build displays, ensure planogram compliance with correct facings, pricing, and signage
  • Monitor inventory, flag stock-outs or replenishment concerns, and place orders for upcoming promotions
  • Track pricing, promotions, and competitive activity and demonstrate client ROI by connecting conversations to sales
  • Participate in structured onboarding, virtual classroom sessions, and in-field training with ongoing coaching and support

Requirements

  • Natural conversationalist who shines when speaking with managers and decision-makers
  • Extroverted, energetic, and able to stand out in a busy retail environment
  • Previous sales or retail experience where you influenced outcomes
  • Organized and self-motivated with strong time management
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable travelling to Kingston, Brockville, Gananoque
  • Able to work 4 to 7 hours weekly, depending on territory and program cycle
