About the role
- Welcome and interact with guests in a fun, professional, and enthusiastic way
- Support interactive stations and themed activities throughout the store
- Hand out treats, prizes, and samples with energy and excitement
- Keep event areas stocked, tidy, and inviting
- Assist with general event flow and guest experience
- Attend mandatory virtual training call on October 7 and work scheduled shifts on October 10–12
Requirements
- Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable engaging with both kids and adults
- Reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts
- Ability to work on your feet and stay energized throughout the event
- Previous event/brand ambassador experience is an asset
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs for setup and cleanup duties
- Must have reliable transportation to the event location
- Availability for October 10, 11, and 12 shifts (9:30am–3:30pm) and mandatory virtual training on October 7 (4:00pm–5:00pm)
