About the role

  • Responsible for providing amazing customer service to customers via Email and Live Chat
  • Respond to high volumes of customer enquiries accurately and maintain exceptional quality
  • Promote the White Stuff brand, ethos and values in every customer interaction
  • Work scheduled shifts (evenings 4pm–8pm and weekends 11am–3pm), 16 hours/week across 4 days
  • Attend initial remote training during office hours for 1 week
  • Be based at home and maintain a reliable internet connection
  • Follow the published rota and be flexible across the full week

Requirements

  • Experience of communicating with customers effectively via Live Chat and Email
  • Ability to deliver high volume and accurate responses whilst maintaining exceptional quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Cheerful disposition with a flexible and positive approach to work and others
  • To demonstrably promote the White Stuff brand, ethos, and values in a professional and friendly manner at all times
  • Based at home with a reliable internet connection
  • Evening and weekend availability (evenings 4pm–8pm; weekends 11am–3pm), 4 days across the full week
  • Daytime availability during initial remote training (1 week)
