Own the SaaS Customer Leadership persona (Customer Success, Experience, Operations, Education, Marketing)
Build, accelerate, and enable the funnel for the customer leadership audience
Drive targeted messaging, campaigns, sales enablement, and event management
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify enablement needs and deliver resources (pitch decks, case studies, training materials)
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to drive leads and completed demos
Create and oversee content including white papers, blog posts, webinars, email campaigns, and videos; collaborate with subject matter experts
Plan and execute virtual and in-person events (webinars, trade shows, conferences) and coordinate pre/post-event marketing
Use market insights and feedback to refine messaging, campaigns, and overall marketing tactics
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing
Natural collaborator and team player
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Ruthlessly responsible and reliable; strong organization and task management
Lifelong learner; self-directed research and ability to learn new tasks independently
Preferred experience with Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Asana
Hands-on planning and executing events, both virtual and in-person, from idea to completion
