About the role

  • Design and execute a Regional Commercial Training Strategy for LATAM
  • Lead development of innovative training programs, toolkits, and methodologies adapted to LATAM
  • Combine face-to-face, virtual, and digital learning solutions and integrate digital learning platforms
  • Continuously improve training tools and foster adoption for an omnichannel experience across markets
  • Establish performance metrics and governance linking training outcomes to commercial impact, customer engagement, and sales growth
  • Act as connector and change agent ensuring capability and alignment across LATAM countries
  • Serve as the link between the global training team and local/regional markets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field required or equivalent industry experience
  • 4+ years of sales and/or marketing experience and corporative training
  • Strategic thinking, team leadership, customer focus and results-oriented
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and/or learning technologies
  • Digital skills a must
  • Knowledge of distribution and B2B business operations preferred
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
  • Portuguese intermediate level
