• Be a regional expert for your assigned territory and effectively be able to craft messaging/positioning to the unique state(s) you are supporting
• Be responsible for the New/Upsell/Cross sell growth in your assigned regional territory
• Develop and maintain a diversified pipeline of prospective district and school clients and assume all key territory management in your region
• Demonstrate excellence in outbound prospecting to opportunity conversion through a variety of modes including, but not limited to phone calls, marketing supported campaigns, regional events and conferences, state specific webinars, social media.
• Be able to speak effectively to the power of BrainPOP
• Deliver upon the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, both face-to-face and virtually, to demonstrate how the company’s curriculum technology can effectively impact student learning
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Data driven sales expert who is able to maintain accurate, data-driven reporting of the pipeline, account plans, and territory management activities to drive new business growth and regional expansion.
• Facilitate in-office engagements and events with local customers and prospects; manage all aspects of the event including communications, preparation of space and resources, and day-of execution.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive impact and measure ROI around in-office customer and prospect events.

Regional Sales Manager – North Region

Performance Marketing

• Define the integrated demand strategy, campaign goals, content requirements, and channel mix to drive pipeline and adoption, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and GTM priorities.
• Prioritize campaigns based on business impact, audience needs, and resource capacity.
• Partner with Product Marketing to ensure campaigns competitively position offerings and resonate with K-12 educators and administrators.
• Partner closely with the broader GTM community, including Sales Enablement, to ensure campaigns support pipeline development.
• Lead the planning and execution of complex, multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email/nurturing, web, events, and content distribution channels.
• Coordinate across channel owners to ensure campaign consistency, efficiency, and maximum impact.
• Collaborate with creative, web, and paid media teams to ensure high-quality, high-converting assets (emails, ad creative, landing pages) are delivered on time in coordination with campaign launch calendar.
• Define high-impact KPIs and rigorously track performance across campaigns and channels.
• Synthesize campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to Growth & Marketing leadership.
• Work with Analytics and Lifecycle teams to measure contribution to pipeline, attribution, and conversion performance.
• Act as a strategic partner to BDRs, Sales, and Customer Success teams to maximize inbound lead flow and campaign influence on pipeline generation.
• Support ongoing experimentation and iteration to continually improve campaign ROI, engagement, and pipeline outcomes.

Senior Demand Generation Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Partner with management at all levels to improve business outcomes and optimize company performance.
• Build deep business partner relationships across the Product, Technology, People, and Operations teams to drive visibility & support decision-making.
• Contribute to the preparation of business presentations for executive and Board of Directors meetings, providing necessary data and analysis to support strategic planning and drive clarity.
• Create robust financial models, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial forecasts and reports.
• Analyze and report on key SaaS performance indicators (KPIs) such as ARR, churn, LTV, and CAC to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide direction and collaborate with budget owners to assist with the efficient execution of budget and forecasting.
• Provide analysis on monthly reporting, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages.
• Partner with the accounting team to ensure proper alignment of expenses and that all financial deliverables are met.
• Support development of business cases to evaluate new product investment opportunities.
