About the role Manage calendar and scheduling for a senior executive, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Organize and run meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items. Manage travel arrangements, including domestic and international trips, and track related expenses. Maintain morale and operational budgets; monitor financials and forecast potential overruns. Prepare business review materials, including presentations and reports using tools such as Power BI. Establish and maintain communication channels across business units and with project teams. Support project management processes, including goals, deadlines, metrics, and budgeting. Document and maintain business processes, project communications, and key metrics. Review contracts, cost proposals, and related documents as needed. Plan and organize committee, board, and other team meetings. Requirements 5–7 years of experience in a similar role with a combination of executive support and business program management. Minimum 5 years of experience managing calendars for senior executives. Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with high-level stakeholders (VPs, CVPs, or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of experience managing budgets, financials, and business operations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with enterprise applications and reporting tools like Power BI is a plus.
