About the role
- Serve as internal and external champion for liquid cooling technologies as SME
- Design and deliver structured training programs for teams, customers, and suppliers
- Lead technical workstreams from concept through offer launch and support rapid testing
- Establish feedback loops with customers, suppliers, and partners for continuous improvement
- Develop and manage product-related technical documentation, including protocols, specifications, warranty and datasheets
- Apply technical insights to support profitable, scalable growth and align offerings with business objectives
- Provide advanced application support to maintain fluid performance and resolve technical problems
- Assist sales teams in resolving technical issues and provide technical training to sales, customers and distributors
- Own technical service offer and enforce Ethics & Code of Conduct, HSSE policies
- Expect up to 25% travel
Requirements
- Degree level or equivalent professional qualifications/ experience
- A degree qualified (or similar) in chemistry or engineering and possess a depth of relevant experience gained from working on relevant IT technologies
- Ability to operate at the interfaces of chemistry, electrical engineering, IT, fluid dynamics and mechanical engineering
- Effective at building and maintaining strategic partnerships
- Good at interacting with customers when leading projects with internal partners, 3rd parties and data center OEM's
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and/or data center operations
- Take the lead and proactively supporting the team’s Agile ways of working
- Strong technical competencies and commercial acumen
- Experience working with marketing teams preferred
- Must be proficient in English
