About the role

  • Work with new and existing State and Local customers to ensure they are successful and delighted by Box
  • Effectively onboard accounts onto Box services and drive early and ongoing usage
  • Build high customer satisfaction through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution
  • Maintain deep understanding of the product and advise customers on relevant features/functionality
  • Develop joint success plans with customers to drive adoption and high-value use cases through change management
  • Track accounts to identify churn risk and growth opportunities and act on them
  • Partner with Sales and Professional Services to integrate Box into customers' core architecture
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Support on product improvement requests, troubleshooting and bugs

Requirements

  • We are an AI-first company; growth mindset and ability to leverage AI
  • Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years prior customer success, account management or consulting experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong data mindset - You love Tableau, SFDC reporting & Excel
  • Proactive team player with ideas for user adoption, churn mitigation and account expansion
  • Strong communication skills and technical aptitude
  • Experience working for or with Public Sector organizations (State & Local agencies etc)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Zendesk is a plus
  • Expected to work from assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week (focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays)
