About the role
- Your main goal as Sales Manager is to drive Boundless Life revenue and ensure the success of the sales team
- Set sales targets: establish sales goals and quotas for the sales team and monitor performance against these targets and adjusting strategies as needed
- Develop sales strategies to achieve those goals and identify new market opportunities and customer segments
- Manage the Sales team: train, mentor and recruit Family Reps
- Foster a positive team environment to motivate and retain top talent
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: prepare regular sales reports and be on top of the sales forecast
- Collaborate with other departments: work closely with marketing and community to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business goals
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
- Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Sales process optimization: address challenges and obstacles that arise in the sales process
- Implement solutions to improve sales processes as Boundless Life is scaling
- Contribute to team design and Sales incentive programs
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth handover and outstanding experience for our families
Requirements
- Strong background in sales
- Your ability to lead, engage and coach a fully distributed sales team
- Your track record in driving growth and shaping a sales organization in a fast-scaling company
- Your excellent collaboration and analytical skills
- Your track record working in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment
- Your fluency with CRM/sales analytics tools
- Ideally, you have experienced the Boundless Life with your family
