About the role

  • Your main goal as Sales Manager is to drive Boundless Life revenue and ensure the success of the sales team
  • Set sales targets: establish sales goals and quotas for the sales team and monitor performance against these targets and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve those goals and identify new market opportunities and customer segments
  • Manage the Sales team: train, mentor and recruit Family Reps
  • Foster a positive team environment to motivate and retain top talent
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: prepare regular sales reports and be on top of the sales forecast
  • Collaborate with other departments: work closely with marketing and community to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business goals
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Sales process optimization: address challenges and obstacles that arise in the sales process
  • Implement solutions to improve sales processes as Boundless Life is scaling
  • Contribute to team design and Sales incentive programs
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth handover and outstanding experience for our families

Requirements

  • Strong background in sales
  • Your ability to lead, engage and coach a fully distributed sales team
  • Your track record in driving growth and shaping a sales organization in a fast-scaling company
  • Your excellent collaboration and analytical skills
  • Your track record working in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment
  • Your fluency with CRM/sales analytics tools
  • Ideally, you have experienced the Boundless Life with your family
