About the role
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with commercial clients
- Review, process, and issue policies, endorsements, certificates, and renewals
- Manage renewals proactively
- Maintain clean client records and communications in our AI-powered system
- Partner with Sales, Underwriting Support, and Customer Success teams
- Identify opportunities to automate or streamline workflows
- Stay informed about P&C market trends, carrier updates, and coverage innovations
Requirements
- 3+ years in commercial lines account management, CSR, or a related role
- Active Property & Casualty License (multi-state preferred)
- Experience with Applied Epic, AMS360, Salesforce, or similar agency management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Analytical thinker who can resolve client issues quickly and accurately
- Collaborative, proactive, and open to process improvement through technology.
