• Support a positive, consistent, and high-quality employee experience across Boundless Life
• Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day people topics from employees and managers
• Support the employee experience across key moments: onboarding, probation, growth conversations, role transitions, and exits
• Support managers with day-to-day people topics and guidance on people-related situations
• Help managers prepare for and follow up on people conversations ensuring clarity and consistency
• Support the rollout and coordination of performance management processes
• Track key milestones and ensure managers and employees complete required steps on time
• Coordinate engagement initiatives and employee listening activities
• Track insights, themes, and follow-up actions, and flag potential risks or trends to People leadership
• Act as a coordination point for relocations, visa processes, and new country setups
• Maintain accurate People-related data linked to employee experience, performance, and engagement
• Support reporting on people insights and identify opportunities to improve people processes and resources

• Ensure People infrastructure is accurate, compliant, and consistently executed
• Strengthen the operational backbone of the People function, from contracts and documentation to payroll inputs
• Build reliable processes, clear documentation, and scalable systems that enable managers and employees to navigate key lifecycle moments smoothly
• Work closely with People Leadership, Finance, Legal, and local operations to ensure country-specific compliance
• Continuously improve how we work by identifying gaps and streamlining workflows
