Conduct daily discovery calls (approx. 45 minutes/day) with prospective patients using a provided script and schedule consultations
Serve as a key point of contact for families via phone, email, and coaching calls
Manage social media posts (Instagram, TikTok) by uploading provided content, writing captions, and managing descriptions
Support administrative operations: entering new patients into the EMR, ordering labs and supplements, organizing educational video content, supporting drip content delivery, tracking events and outreach activities
Take initiative in creating and improving internal processes
Maintain a compassionate, professional, and patient demeanor when working with children and families, many of whom are neurodivergent
Requirements
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized with the ability to build and refine systems
Tech-savvy: comfortable with EMRs, Google Drive, and social media platforms
Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
Patient, empathetic, and professional bedside manner
Previous medical or patient-facing experience a plus (Medical Assistant background helpful but not required)
Local to the Fort Lauderdale/Sunrise, FL area preferred (remote candidates will be considered)
