About the role
- Support hiring and onboarding initiatives for frontline staff and guides
- Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring pipeline, answering questions and sending updates
- Oversee offer management and onboarding: send offer letters, track signatures, coordinate start dates, provision accounts, schedule onboarding events, and ensure onboarding to-dos are completed
- Serve as the main contact for new guides during hiring and onboarding
- Support development and maintenance of systems and processes to streamline hiring and onboarding (e.g., applicant tracking, workflow improvements)
- Track and analyze guide team performance, flagging issues and assisting management to address challenges
- Take on additional operational and administrative responsibilities as needed and expand into broader operational duties over time
- Work closely with a cofounder and gain visibility into early-stage startup operations
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Healthcare
- Prior experience working in a startup or similarly fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) — friendly, professional, and prompt
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A self-starter mindset with initiative and ownership
- Comfortable with adaptability and flexibility — able to adjust to shifting priorities
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn tools like Google Suite, Slack, Notion, or similar platforms
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to improving processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with empathy and patience
- A growth mindset — eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to expand responsibilities
