About the role
- Responsible for the Health System’s OEH service and business operations
- Oversee management of all employee health services staff across the system
- Engage collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of employee health services
- Lead strategic planning for improvement and expansion of employee health and safety
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies for the organization around workers compensation expenditures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and 10 years of experience, of which at least 3 years must be in a managerial/leadership capacity; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) or doctorate of nursing practice (DNP), 10+ years of experience, 5 years of managerial/leadership experience
- Knowledge of OSHA, Joint Commission, CDC and MDPH standards and guidelines for healthcare settings
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
