Responsible for the Health System’s OEH service and business operations
Oversee management of all employee health services staff across the system
Engage collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of employee health services
Lead strategic planning for improvement and expansion of employee health and safety
Develop and implement cost-saving strategies for the organization around workers compensation expenditures
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and 10 years of experience, of which at least 3 years must be in a managerial/leadership capacity; or equivalent combination of education and experience
A Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) or doctorate of nursing practice (DNP), 10+ years of experience, 5 years of managerial/leadership experience
Knowledge of OSHA, Joint Commission, CDC and MDPH standards and guidelines for healthcare settings
Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
