About the role
- Review and verify supplier invoices against POs and delivery notes (3-way matching).
- Record and post journal entries for suppliers.
- Review ETA portal on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Review supplier and contractor invoices to ensure accurate tax treatment (VAT, WHT).
- Prepare monthly accruals and prepaid entries.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivated.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and prioritization skills.
- Preferably experienced with Oracle NetSuite.
