Provide essential support to luxury clientele before, during, and after their travels.
Ensure all services are booked as sold.
Review costings as sold, compare with net agreements/contracts, and verify supplier confirmations.
Prepare final timings (travel documents).
Support the QA/QC process of confirmed bookings including checking hotel confirmations and contacting transportation companies and guides.
Assist in closing files by requesting bills from vendors and maintaining up-to-date travel files and records.
Book and arrange all reservations for excursionist itineraries; book all services as-sold with hotels and suppliers.
Requirements
2 years of experience in customer service or the travel industry.
Knowledge of destinations throughout the United States, the Caribbean, and Canada (must be able to use Google Maps to plan routes and calculate travel times between locations).
