• Provide exceptional engagement for our customer’s initial contact with the Global Customer Support team
• Engage with customers through virtual meetings, chat, and email to manage their expectations, set priorities and resolve technical issues related to our products, including configuration and networking
• Acknowledge customers’ concerns, empathize and analyze the information they've provided, ask questions that refine your initial analysis, own cases from start to finish

• Drive C-Suite Engagement: Establish and grow trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO), leading executive visioning sessions and innovation workshops to shape long-term AI adoption roadmaps.
• Architect Flagship Solutions: Lead discovery and technical design for our most complex, high-stakes enterprise accounts, architecting robust, scalable solutions that may require net-new agentic processes.
• Govern the Solution Lifecycle: Serve as the ultimate technical authority throughout strategic customer engagements, from initial vision-setting with the AI Expert SC to overseeing the successful delivery by the Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Influence Product and GTM Strategy: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to relay field insights, identify gaps in our prebuilt agent inventory, and influence the product roadmap based on strategic customer needs.
• Mentor and Scale Field Teams: Act as a thought leader within the organization, mentoring Solutions Consultants and Forward Deployed Engineers and helping to evolve and refine our AI solution delivery best practices.

Account Executive

• Formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned region- focused on State and Local Government and Education prospects.
• Work in partnership with existing channel owners and the BDR team
• Carry quota for the entire Boomi suite of products and drive revenue growth in your region, with a keen focus on new logo acquisition
• Work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals

ServiceNow

• Define the long-term technical roadmap for the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Lead the design of complex integrations, custom applications, and automated workflows across modules.
• Establish and enforce development standards, code reviews, and best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical blueprints.
• Stay ahead of ServiceNow releases to evaluate new features.

• Manage the contract life cycle for some of the following Categories; Software, Consulting, and other spend categories as assigned
• Comfortable developing and managing Data Analytics and Dashboards; highly proficient in Excel

• Lead value-driven engagements by uncovering customer pain points, challenges, and use cases, positioning Boomi as the strategic choice for Integration, Automation, APIM, AI, and Data Management.
• Serve as a trusted platform advisor by leading high-level technical deep dives and workshops, translating complex technical capabilities into clear business impact.
