Requirements

12+ years in IT
5+ years specifically focused on ServiceNow architecture and advanced development.
Mastery of JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal (AngularJS/Widget development), and IntegrationHub.
Strong understanding of LDAP, SSO, SCIM, Mid-Servers, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Excellent mentorship abilities and the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Bonus: Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
Preferred Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS in CSM and ITSM, CTA, CMA
