Executive Assistant

• Manage and maintain calendars, meetings, and travel
• Coordinate appointments and proactively track follow-ups
• Prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure actions are completed
• Communicate with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of executives
• Screen and prioritise emails and correspondence
• Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external communications
• Professionally handle incoming calls via Air Call
• Respond to office enquiries and log messages accurately
• Organise files, documents, and internal systems
• Help maintain smooth daily operations in the office
• Assist with internal team coordination and follow-through
• Track operational actions and communication across departments
• Help with client or customer-related follow-ups as directed
• Provide ongoing admin and organisational support
• Set meetings, reminders, and task trackers
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Provide general assistance to the leadership team as needed
