Marketing Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Publish scheduled content across social platforms in line with the content calendar.
- Upload and manage approved founder content within agreed timeframes.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Maintain a content calendar with at least 30 days of forward visibility.
- Set up and verify tracking links and UTMs for active campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance daily and flag any issues or opportunities.
- Provide clear summaries of top-performing and underperforming ads.
- Support monthly campaign reviews with basic trend and performance insights.
- Prepare and deliver weekly marketing performance reports.
- Ensure reports are complete, accurate, and easy to understand.
- Track key metrics such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Review and update Google Business Profile weekly.
- Respond to new reviews professionally and within agreed timeframes.
- Track and report on core metrics including traffic, calls, and actions.
- Keep marketing assets, files, and reports organised in approved systems.
- Maintain active oversight of all marketing platforms to ensure nothing is missed.
- Participate in quarterly reviews and planning discussions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in social media management, marketing coordination, or campaign support.
- Experience working within a structured team environment (15+ employees preferred).
- Familiarity with tracking links, UTMs, and marketing dashboards.
- Basic understanding of paid ad metrics such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Experience managing Google Business Profile is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable using tools such as Slack, HubSpot, Canva (or similar), and AI tools.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a remote team.
