About the role
- Take charge of inspiring and guiding a dedicated US based team.
- Set ambitious goals and evaluating team performance.
- Reach out to, and qualifying, inbound leads via outbound calls, SMS, email & other tools.
- Become a product expert and knowledgeable on all things Booksy.
- Manage and own your own and your team's pipeline of providers.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of phone sales experience; whether it be as an inside sales rep, or in an outbound sales role
- Residency in Orlando
- Ideally, prior experience in acting as a Team Lead and People Manager
- Experience selling for technology/SaaS companies or in a similar environment; working with small business clients at a high volume would be a plus
- Experience with utilizing SalesForce or similar CRM, to organize your sales process and manage your pipeline but also to build dashboards and reports
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
