Administer and execute compensation schemes for sales and customer success teams across Booksy core markets (400+ people).
Own the monthly payout cycle: calculation, validation, dispute management, and communication; liaise with payroll.
Act as business owner of incentive compensation tools: oversee configuration, data integrity, and operational workflows; triage issues with GTM Ops/Technology.
Track plan performance and deliver reports to Sales, CS, Finance, and P&C; identify operational pain points and propose process improvements.
Be the go-to expert for compensation administration and build a culture of accuracy and accountability.
Requirements
Provable, deep expertise and experience in sales and CS compensation administration.
Proficiency with compensation tooling like Everstage or CaptivateIQ.
Proven expertise in monthly payout operations, including dispute resolution and compliance.
Strong analytical skills with Excel/BI to validate and communicate complex payout processes.
A collaborative and detail-oriented mindset, with strong cross-functional communication skills.
Must be based in the United States and able to work European (CEST) hours; East Coast location preferred.
