Design, plan, and execute 3–4 monthly webinars focused on industry trends, customer pain points, and director-level conversations
Ensure topic selection aligns with People10’s IT services and strategic focus areas
Work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to build narratives and event themes
Own all logistics: platform selection (GoToWebinar, Zoom Webinar, Zoho Webinar), registrations, reminders, speaker dry-runs, technical rehearsals, and live coordination
Develop and manage content assets, including design creatives and presentation decks
Drive engagement using polls, Q&As, offers, and post-event follow-ups via email or LinkedIn
Track performance and share analytics: registration-to-attendance ratio, audience engagement, quality of leads, and contribution to the pipeline
Continuously improve events based on feedback, benchmarks, and business objectives
Requirements
3–5 years of experience managing webinars, virtual events, or enterprise-level workshops
Background in B2B or IT services is a plus
Strong coordination, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work with directors, technical experts, and external stakeholders
Business mindset connecting webinar topics to lead generation and customer interest
Proficient in Zoom/GoToWebinars/Zoho Webinar and CRM/marketing automation platforms
Proficient in Google Slides and PowerPoint
Comfortable planning timelines and making real-time decisions during live sessions
Good to have: experience in IT services or SaaS domain
Good to have: experience with Quora/Reddit or guest post partnerships
Good to have: exposure to content creation or visual storytelling
