About the role
- Support integrated marketing campaigns across Dialogue Cloud, Deepdesk, and Tendfor.
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and digital teams to deliver campaign assets and messaging.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, briefs, and performance tracking.
- Own logistics and execution for webinars, conferences, and partner events.
- Manage pre-event communications, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Track event ROI and lead generation metrics.
- Assist in the delivery of partner co-marketing campaigns and enablement materials.
- Liaise with partner teams to ensure alignment on messaging and timelines.
- Use Hubspot and our campaign dashboards to monitor performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain campaign calendars and reporting templates.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
- Proven success in campaign execution and event coordination.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Hubspot (or similar CRM tool), marketing automation, and project management tools.
- Comfortable working across multiple products and priorities.
