About the role
- Lead a team of geographically dispersed full lifecycle recruiters
- Manage the design, implementation and administration of policies, processes, and tools to support Talent Acquisition activities, including sourcing, job posting, selection and placement
- Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals
- Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Develop and implement innovative and proactive Talent Acquisition plans and strategies
- Create a culture of listening, speaking up and providing feedback across the team
- Partner with key stakeholders to pro-actively understand workforce planning and forecasting activities
- Establish strong relationships across the business, providing strategic guidance and making recommendations to leaders to enhance the acquisition of talent through data driven insights and market research
- Seek continuous improvement to candidate, hiring leader and recruiter experiences as well as the hiring process and the way we work
- Set high expectations for team performance and ensure exceptional candidate and customer experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience recruiting talent (sourcing, screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)
- 5+ years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
- 3+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
- 1+ years of experience developing/implementing strategic plans, delivering on commitments and results
