About the role
- Ensure continued production and sustainability of the KC-46 Remote Vision System (RVS) architecture
- Integrate with Supply Chain, Engineering and Materials Management to identify and mitigate parts obsolescence and execute obsolescence programs
- Establish execution plan and launch the Panoramic Sensor Upgrade development program (multi-year)
- Collaborate with IPT and KC-46 program leadership to ensure RVS products support KC-46 Production Extension (PEx)
- Establish and maintain the RVS product roadmap, integrating obsolescence-driven projects and capability insertions
- Support ongoing integration special projects for RVS 2.0 development completion and readiness for production and fleet retrofits
- Work across Boeing organizations, external equipment suppliers, and the U.S. Air Force customer
- Guide fleet sustainment, production, development, and long-term product studies for Boeing’s RVS architecture
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading cross functional teams
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start) — requires U.S. Citizenship
- U.S. Person required per export control compliance (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)

- Experience with avionics, mission systems or electronics development (preferred)
- Experience with optics and/or vision systems (preferred)
- Experience with program management best practices (preferred)
- Experience with complex test programs (preferred)
- Experience with FAA and/or Military Type Certification (preferred)
- Experience working with external customer stakeholders (preferred)
- Experience working with a supplier (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering and/or computer science (preferred)
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% domestically
- Drug testing as part of Drug Free Workplace policy when criteria met
