About the role
- Support the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies
- Participate as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to support integration of technical solutions across multiple disciplines
- Support development, identification and implementation of conceptual designs and maintenance of program architecture for build
- Participate in the implementation of manufacturing plans
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical manufacturing problems
- Participate in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies
- Interface with IPTs and internal customers; collaborate with engineering teams and mechanics on the factory floor
- Support Assembly and Installations teams in Everett and Renton, WA
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 5 or more years’ related engineering work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
- Preferred: 9 or more years’ related engineering work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
- Experience working in a production environment
- Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience required
- Must meet export control compliance requirements: be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
