About the role

  • Develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain plans and schedules for very complex programs and change-driven activities
  • Provide analysis and product development initiatives for information technologies Integrated Planning teams and Bedrocks
  • Support program planning requests for the development of new statement of work
  • Lead, direct, facilitate, and ensure integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers, and partners
  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and lower-level schedules
  • Manage baseline and forecast schedule changes and direct schedule recovery and change control
  • Lead and chair Brown Room and Green Room Integration activities
  • Coordinate cross-Integrated Project Team (IPT) integration and dependency resolution
  • Prepare executive-level briefings and escalations and present at Executive Level Meetings
  • Provide training, coaching, mentoring, and leadership to lower-level employees and serve as Team Lead for the Scheduling Team
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the development, implementation, and training of processes and tools
  • Oversee programs' overall schedule and any system transitions
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of scheduling processes and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 10+ years of experience developing and maintaining integrated resource-loaded project schedules
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Milestones, Primavera, Open Plan Professional
  • Experience coordinating the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serving as a liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling, and management
  • Experience performing in a leadership role
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
  • Experience in Open Plan Professional (OPP) and/or Microsoft Project schedule applications
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
  • Must meet export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person required)

  • Preferred: Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and proficiency with MS Office
