💰 $132,600 - $192,050 per year
About the role
- Develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain plans and schedules for very complex programs and change-driven activities
- Provide analysis and product development initiatives for information technologies Integrated Planning teams and Bedrocks
- Support program planning requests for the development of new statement of work
- Lead, direct, facilitate, and ensure integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers, and partners
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and lower-level schedules
- Manage baseline and forecast schedule changes and direct schedule recovery and change control
- Lead and chair Brown Room and Green Room Integration activities
- Coordinate cross-Integrated Project Team (IPT) integration and dependency resolution
- Prepare executive-level briefings and escalations and present at Executive Level Meetings
- Provide training, coaching, mentoring, and leadership to lower-level employees and serve as Team Lead for the Scheduling Team
- Provide subject matter expertise in the development, implementation, and training of processes and tools
- Oversee programs' overall schedule and any system transitions
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of scheduling processes and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience developing and maintaining integrated resource-loaded project schedules
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Milestones, Primavera, Open Plan Professional
- Experience coordinating the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serving as a liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling, and management
- Experience performing in a leadership role
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
- Experience in Open Plan Professional (OPP) and/or Microsoft Project schedule applications
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- Must meet export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person required)
