About the role
- Lead Implementation teams for Boeing Global Services in Englewood, CO or Everett, WA
- Maintain accountability for implementation of all Digital Solutions and ensure customer value
- Ensure budgets are on track, deliverables are met, and customer success is achieved
- Develop and execute ways to accelerate time to value and integrate policies and procedures
- Provide input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives
- Lead and develop resources for implementation engagements and process improvements
- Manage third-party integrations and customer migrations
- Recruit, train, manage performance and compensation of staff; forecast resource needs and hire
- Coach, counsel, mentor and provide developmental opportunities and feedback
- Make compensation recommendations and recognize individual and team contributions
- Enforce company rules and policies regarding ethical behavior, safety, security, and time charging
- Deliver Professional Services components in the sales opportunity lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with global standards and processes within Digital Services
- Collaborate with Product Development, Portfolio Management, Finance, Supplier Management, Marketing, Sales and external service providers to ensure exceptional customer outcomes
Requirements
- Previous management experience within a customer facing technology services organization
- Previous experience leading global teams
- Significant experience with SaaS solutions and modern technology
- Previous experience with commercial aviation operations
- Expertise in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Services oriented mindset
- Experience defining/refining new job practices, techniques, and standards
- Experience developing solutions to complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation
- People-focused with ability to work with diverse individuals
- Self-confident, team-focused, high-integrity individual with impeccable ethics
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
