About the role
- Support development, testing and implementation of Knowledge Based Engineering automation for the full Equipment and Tool Engineering Value Stream
- Maintain and Monitor Database health and ensure system reliability
- Develop and update CATIA automation applications such as PASTE and TEEA
- Develop and manage Web based Applications
- Utilize data to identify opportunities for process efficiencies
- Collaborate with IT on system development and access
- Manage and execute value stream projects
- Analyze current designs/architecture to evaluate for improvement and investigate alternative solutions to meet the producibility requirements
- Interact with Software Engineering, Design Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Tool Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and teams directly supporting the production system (cross-functional collaboration)
- Uphold highest standards of safety, quality, and integrity in Production Engineering
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (ABET is a preferred, although not required, accreditation standard)
- 2 or more years’ related engineering work experience or a Masters of Science degree in an accredited STEM program
- 2 or more years of experience working in a production environment (preferred)
- 2 or more years of experience with programming, integrating or troubleshooting industrial automation utilizing programming languages such as Java and SQL, C#, VB.net (preferred)
- 2 or more years of 3D modeling experience (CATIA preferred) (preferred)
- 2 or more years of technical writing experience (preferred)
- 2 or more years of experience in data analysis (preferred)
- 2 or more years of Project Management experience (preferred)
- Experience with Database Management (preferred)
- Must meet export control compliance requirements: must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
