About the role
- Completes the development and implementation of Quality inspection processes within site business units (Level 3)
- Provide input on standardized processes, tools, and training curricula for Quality organizations across business units (Level 3)
- Participate in analysis of the impact of production system changes to Quality inspection processes and act as liaison across functional groups (Level 3)
- Contribute to benchmarking of industry best practices and advise on enterprise methods for product and process validations (Level 3)
- Provide guidance on regulatory matters and examine emergent technical issues (Level 3)
- Lead the development and implementation of Quality inspection processes across organizations and sites (Level 4)
- Build standardized processes, tools, and training curricula for Quality organizations across business units (Level 4)
- Lead analysis of the impact of production system changes to Quality inspection processes and coordinate efforts to improve the QMS (Level 4)
- Advise on regulatory matters and examine emergent technical issues (Level 4)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- 3+ years of experience working Quality job role
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality or another highly regulated industry
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
