💰 $90,000 - $110,000 per year
About the role
- Manage project intake, triage, and implementation within the Care Experience team
- Triage incoming project requests, including scoping and sizing, and assess impact on Care Operations
- Drive alignment on project prioritization and communicate prioritization decisions
- Create and coordinate working teams for each project, ensuring designated time and communication channels
- Manage active Asana projects, tracking dates, owners, and dependencies
- Schedule regular cross-functional team meetings and facilitate workgroups
- Collaborate with BizOps for reporting requirements and post-launch reporting
- Lead coordination with Customer Experience (CX) and Training teams for training and communication needs
- Coordinate launch communications, conduct Launch Readiness (Pre-mortem) meetings, and conduct Retrospective meetings
- Maintain initiative tracker and the Care Experience Launch Schedule; ensure workflow documentation is up-to-date
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- PMP certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience with managing projects; Proven experience in project management, preferably within a healthcare or operations environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana or similar platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction (application asks about U.S. work authorization)
