💰 $147,050 - $228,850 per year
About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for modernization of ERP, MOM, and PLM systems
- Establish detailed training plans, design training materials, schedule sessions, and evaluate training effectiveness
- Create and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed, tailored to various audiences
- Collaborate with program leaders and project managers to identify change impacts and develop strategies to address resistance and foster buy-in
- Implement feedback mechanisms to gather employee insights and adjust the change process
- Track progress of change management initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership
- Prepare the BDS enterprise for modernization to the Sapphire system of systems (ERP, MOM, PLM)
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management
- 10+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team
- 5+ years of experience within information technology
- 5+ years of experience in business and/or organizational change management
- Capable of traveling 25% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (preferred)
- 10+ years of experience with large-scale system implementations such as ERP, MOM, and PLM (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in project or program management (preferred)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills (preferred)
- Must meet export control compliance requirements: U.S. Person required
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
