💰 $129,200 - $174,800 per year
About the role
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex network programs, including WAN and LAN projects, connectivity, migrations, upgrades, and integrations
- Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders, network engineering and architecture, security teams, vendors, and operations
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria and acceptance with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations and budgets, track progress and report status to leadership
- Lead cross-functional technical teams and external vendors through design, build, testing, cutover and hand over
- Organize and facilitate technical design reviews, pre-production testing, pilot deployments and User Acceptance
- Create and own detailed cutover/runbook and rollback plans; coordinate communications and change control processes
- Identify, track and mitigate risks and issues; escalate as required
- Manage Vendor SOW, facility requirements, performance and escalations; enforce delivery SLAs
- Lead post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned and implement continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory and corporate policies during project lifecycle
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Design, Implementation and Troubleshooting of Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN)
- 5+ years of experience with designing and implementing large scale network architectures, including complex routing and switching configurations
- 5+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management
- 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
- U.S. Person required to meet export control compliance requirements (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
